Padded Contact One-Match

In addition to the non-contact tournament, there will be the opportunity to participate in a padded contact one-match. Fighters will be matched with someone of a similar size, grade and experience level. How it will work: -Children who express their interest in a padded contact fight, will be matched with an opponent who is of similar weight, height, grade and experience -Instructors will be notified and consulted if we find a match -Competitors will fight one opponent only, over two 1 and a half minute rounds, with one minute of rest in between -The winner across the two rounds will be declared the winner of the match -Any competitor with a confirmed match who is at a significantly different weight or height to what was submitted on the form may have their fight cancelled, so please ensure accurate measurements are submitted -Please note, we may not be able to find a fight for every entrant, but we will be in touch with all parents to confirm, once applications close on 19th March
